2018 Thor Aria 3601 Switch Panels

I have a 2018 Thor Aria 3601 where 3 of the switch panels are working 3 are not. When I go into settings and to switch info, it show 3 "battery good" and 3 "status unknown" any thoughts? It's the awning switch, bathroom switch and kitchen switch that won't work. Bedroom main and door entry switches work. Thanks for any assistance.

The other panels are wireless and snap off the wall. Replace the button batteries (I think CR32?) and you should be good to go.
