2019 Aria 3901 issues

Hello All,
I haven’t posted anything in some time but I’ve decided to keep this coach and need some help. Some of the issues may be addressed somewhere but I’m not real good navigating in here. I’ll do 2 per post to prevent my own confusion.

1) Has anyone experienced the cooling fan in the inverter compartment staying on all the time? Not the inverter fan itself but the one to cool the compartment box. I assume it has a thermal sensor/ switch somewhere. Customer service says take to a service center.

2) Does anyone of an adjustment for the Bed lift? Most of the time, if we try to raise the bed less than a foot, it will sink down. Our 2018 didn’t do that and that was a selling point when we got it. Did not see any mention in the manual on it. Oddly, this bed sits about 3-4 inches than our ‘18.

Can't help with number 2. For number 1, the sensor/switch in inline next to the fan. You can place an ice cube on it for a minute. You can also order an adjustable one for a few dollars from amazon and set the temps a little higher. That is what I did. Very easy. You can also open that compartment door when you reach your destination for a while to help it cool down.

Need to know:
Is the questioned fan 110v powered by inverter or 12v powered by converter/battery?

The fan is 12V. The big issue is that compartment is located directly above the muffler, so it does not cool for a good while. If I remember correctly, the original does not shut off below 100 degrees, so on a hot day it will never shut down.

This sensor is the size of a marble maybe and has red and white wires going to it? It finally shut but before I could check voltage but I believe it is 12v. It would continue running even in the garage after a day an overnight temp of 50 degrees. Shutting down the house batteries shut it off. Mike could you send me the link to the sensor you chose also please? So do both of your beds also drop from a lower position? Ours is fine for reading but we like it slightly elevated to watch tv and sometimes to sleep.

Our bed seems to be infinitely adjustable without sinking down.
