What are you all using for a jack in case of a flat tire? Also, is there a cabin air filter in the e350 Superduty?

Also, looks like my new rig does not have a propane line run to the passenger side to run a grill or fire pit. Has anyone done this? Do I need a Propane splitter at the tank, or what is the best way to do this?

Do I need a Propane splitter at the tank,
Not at the tank unless you want to use high pressure propane for devices with their own regulators. The quick connect propane fittings are for low pressure, pre-regulated propane. You can split from any convenient connection under the RV

I plan to use this setup (photo) between the tank and regulator, allowing me to attach another LP tank should I run out, AND to connect a line to run to the passenger side of the coach to connect a fire pit and CampChef stove. Both attach to a separate propane tank now, so I think they have regulators, but I will confirm, as this would be high-pressure out. Otherwise, I will crawl under and see if there is a way to add a splitter to the current low-pressure connections. Thanks for the reply.

That's whay I use on my RV with a 12 foot hose. This makes it easier to find compatible appliances instead of searching for low pressure appliances or adapters. Coleman stove, any portable barbque, and the Big Easy turkey fryer all work off the big tank.

Strictly for a grill/griddle setup... This won't help you for adapting a high pressure connection (auxiliary tank)... just for a low pressure quick-connect.

I added a low pressure "quick connect" on my 24F a couple years ago. My propane tank is on the driver side. A low pressure hose runs under the motorhome to a distribution point (manifold) mounted on the frame rail - passenger side roughly underneath the kitchen area. Luckily there was an open port on the manifold.

Note; This manifold is supplying LOW PRESSURE, meaning the pressure has already been reduced by the regulator on the motorhome propane tank. Therefore all appliances connected via this manifold (stove, refrigerator, furnace, water heater) including an external grill/griddle are using LOW PRESSURE propane.

I bought an extension hose which carefully threads into a port on the manifold.

Then I used the following for a female quick-connect fitting on the end of the extension hose. I drilled a small hole in a nearby storage compartment and threaded the hose in. So the connector is located in a locked storage compartment. Some folks also mount on the edge of the exterior motorhome frame... your choice.

Then I bought an extension hose to reach from the installed quick connect to a table-top grill/griddle.

Now the (sometimes) tricky part... any grill/griddle you use MUST have the regulator removed. You CANNOT use the supplied regulator for this setup. It is strictly for use DIRECTLY from a propane tank - which you have ALREADY CONVERTED to LOW pressure.

Instead of the grill/griddle regulator, you must install a male quick-connect adapter which connects to the female quick-connect on the end of the extension hose. I'm using a Blackstone griddle, and those quick-connect adapters are readily available on the Jungle site.

Depending on your choice of grill/griddle, you will need to find the appropriate adapter.

Happy grilling!! :giggle:

It works perfectly

This would be a great solution. My rig is over 6 tons, but I guess it wouldn't be lifting it all at once -- just the area where I need to get a tire off, so perhaps 5 tons would work. Do you use this on your RV?

That is my rv jack.
Somewhere in my signature thread are pictures of me using it to lift both front wheels off of the ground on my 24.1

You'll also want a torque multiplier.

I added HEPA filters to the outside air intake of my a/c.
There are about 100 shapes and sizes on Amazon.
'Vacuum cleaner hepa filter"
Is your search.
Build a Tupperware(ish) container to hold it.
Mine is that blue box in the picture.
Easy.
