2022 ARIA Tankless Water Heater GSWH-2

Good morning. I have a 2022 Thor ARIA 3901 coach.
I am having issues with my Hot Water Teater. I can get Hot Water to the shower but all the other sink faucets have no Hot water. By obesrving the Hot Water panel (in the rear bankroom), It appears that the burner never ignites does not show the icon) for the other sink faucets.
I noticed recently that one of the sinks in the rear bathroom did not have Hot Water unless the shower was running
Up until yesterday the kitchen faucet worked fine. How it is the same as the bathroom. I have Hot Water only when the shower is running. I assume that this is happeniong becaue the burner is ignited and providing Hot water to the shower??
Is this a common problem and if so what could the cause and remedy? I tried powering down the entire Hot Water Heater (switch on the Heater outside), but there is no change. We have approx 42% propane in our tank.

Try running both sinks in the rear bath and see if it comes on. I'm thinking it is a flow switch in the heater and for some reason you are not getting enough flow thru the heater to turn it on. If the 2 sinks don't turn it on try all the sinks in both bathrooms and the kitchen and see if that will get it to come on. The shower would have a higher GPM flow rate then the sinks and that is why it comes on when the shower in on and not with the sinks. If it does turn on with the higher flow then the flow switch is bad or need adjustment. Not sure if they are adjustable.

I think you'll find that the flow to those faucets isn't high enough to get the heater to turn on. We weren't getting hot water to our kitchen sink when using the regular spout but we did get hot water when we used the sprayer. Since this is a new unit I let the dealer fix it. They found that the aerator screen on the spout had some junk in it that restricted the flow. They cleaned that out and adjusted the flow control on the heater to allow for max water flow. That took care of the problem.
