2023 Thor outlaw generator stops after starting

The generator on my 2023 Thor outlaw starts but then shuts down after a few minutes. Generator only has 10 hours on it. It’s an 5500 Onan. Oil level and gas levels are good. Attached is the message that appears on screen. Any suggestions. Thanks.

So what does the "Switch Panel Info" page say?

It may be talking about your Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)

Newer ATSs will not switch if they see a wiring fault.

Has it ever worked correctly?

Does it power anything before it shuts down?

You need to know if the generator is throwing an error code and if it is what's the code. If the generator is not throwing a code, then it may be the ATS or the coaches monitoring system.
