2023 Thor Scope coach batteries do not charge while driving.

I own a 2023 Thor Scope, I have replaced the Solenoid, still no charge while driving, so I am trying to find the part which is a ISOLATOR RELAY DELAY, I have it circled in red in the image I have included. Does anyone know the location of this part on the van?

Like most electronics in the class B Promasters- probably underneath the coach, which is also where my Solenoid was. Now up inside!
Before and after seen below- no more road grime or water hitting terminals.
Good that you have the BIRD- hopefully... mine does not have that, so my chassis battery dies in 3-4 days if trickle charger not hooked up! I added one inside since so it can work when plugged into shoreline.

Have you checked any of the inline fuses in the black rubber cases
