2024 Riviera inverter

I have a question,when I am hooked to my 50 amp shore power the Firefly touch screen shows charging bulk, but inverter disabled both house and chassis batteries stay charged constant at 13.1 to 13.2 if I enable the inverter while hooked to shore power then it shows passthrough batteries charge up to 13.9 then after a while the inverter shows disabled however charger is charging bulk,when I disconnect from shore power and get ready to roll I have to manually enable the inverter on the touch screen ....is this the correct way or is the inverter supposed to automatically enable when you disconnect from shore power....by the way I never turn my inverter off on the inverter itself...any help appreciated

It sounds like you may have the max volts set on the AGS and once the threshold is hit, it shuts off.
