After working fine for a few .months the kitchen sink iin my 2025 palozzo won't drain. Took off the trap but nothing. Stupidly removed the air vent and the water was coming up backwards. Of course the first thing I did was drain both grey and black tanks. I also pulled the slide in and out assuming something got kicked. No change. I also looked under the bunks pulling the drawers and I can see the drain pipes and flex tube going into what looks like a black bag. Nothing looks wrong. Thoughts?

So the sink is in the slide?
You removed the sink trap and no water came out?
Then you removed the AAV and got a geyser?

Make that make sense.

You most likely have a clog (kink) somewhere in the flexible hose between the sink drain and the rigid pipe to the grey tank.

You should be able to "rooter" the flexible piping to find the stop location.

Since gray tank is drained now, is it a slow drain or completely clog?

Are other sources to gray tank blocked too?

I would remove p trap and put this bladder Large Drain Cleaning Bladder in and just let it run. I would have my gray tank valve open so i could monitor what come out

Thanks all. Yes the other sink and shower drain fine. And the sink finally drained slowly overnight. I'll take a picture here in a while to show the hard line transitions to a flex pipe which looks like it transitions to a box inside a black bag. The black bag then goes down through a hole to the tank.

By the way the coach is new so it's not likely a clog. More likely kinked somewhere

The black bag is a flexible "seal" for all the umbillicals between the house and the slide.

You're looking at the hose inside the slide. The majority of movement is external to the slide and most likely where a kink would be.
It looks l8ke the drain pipe is fixed and the slide moves around it. After the flex pipe is a fixed black pvc pipe. Is there another flex pipe after that?

Have you reported to TMC as a safety precaution in the event you can't fix before the warranty expires? I would hate to go back to a dealer, but I would have it documented in writing if my warranty was still good. It is also one of those things if you have a Mobile tech out to fix one thing you can show them that and they go hit some magic button and oreston no more clog ( or slow drain)

Calling Thor in the morning. Their customer service has been outstanding. I was hoping I could fix it but it doesn't look that way.

I had something similar with my WBGO, I had had the coach a few months, made a trip and on the return I saw a water leak at a gas station. Turned out to be from a full gray tank. I had the family using the bathroom sink because I knew the gray tank was full, think the bathroom sink drained to black tank:nonono:. Casualty of being a WBGO guy on a TMC forum. Anyway, I drive it home and drain all the tanks. I had clean it up and could not find any leaks. Going back to the Dealer was the last thing I wanted to do, so I call WBGO the next morning. As soon as I told them what happend, they didn't asked me but told me to take it back to the dealer immediately. I told them I didn't want to go without the coach a few weeks. They called the Dealer directly, called me back, told me to take it in. So I did. 1 hour drive to drop off. That night same day. the dealer called us and said that it was fixed :fall:

I didn't believe them, then they explained what had happened. The fitting on top of the gray tank that I couldn't see had worked loose. So we went and picked it up the next day. Had I not called WBGO, it likely would have never occurred again while under warranty, and I would have been one of those complaining about the quality not to mention the smell.

Do you think there is a way for me to access the piping that's external to the slide to find the kink?

One more go at it. The hard line in the picture goes straight into the grey tank so no way to kink. So back up under the bunk. It has to be at the junction of the flex pipe and the hard line into the tank

Last update. Thor designed this very well. I'm impressed. There is nearly no way for the line to kink. Turned out to be a clog at the pvc pipe where it enters the grey tank. Not sure what it was but the auger felt like it hit a brick wall and it took some persistence but we finally broke through. It was only day two of our first trip in the coach. In the end I appreciate the opportunityto learn about the new coach. Thanks for everyone's replies and advice
