Need some electrical assistance please! I’ve got a 2014 freedom elite 23u. Just replaced a bad battery. When replaced, I had no 12 volt anything including radio on dash. By following cables from battery I found a small breaker behind inverter panel. I pressed the reset button and all was good! For about 30 minutes! Then everything went off again! This time I found that the small breaker was passing 12 volts but there was another larger breaker close by that was restricting voltage to panel. I’m guessing this larger breaker needs replacing but I’m not sure why it went bad all of a sudden! Also I can’t find a replacement. It has a 2013 date on top of it and a model number of TEE-0421. I’ve tried to look this up but can’t find anything to replace it. There are also 2 wires on this breaker as well. Any idea on a good replacement or if I’m misdiagnosing this issue?

Here’s a couple pics of the device I’m looking at. 12 volts on one side but zero on the other. Two other small wires connected to the bottom.

Yeah, I don't think that's a breaker. It looks like a solenoid or relay but not one that I've seen before. It looks similar to this:

which is a battery disconnect latching relay controlled by the USE/STORE switch. It is what disconnects the house batteries from the house DC distribution buss and converter.

Yours may serve that same purpose. Have you tried cycling the USE/STORE switch to see if that guy "clunks"?

FWIW, the "TEE" # is a Thor number. You'd have to contact them to find out what the device actually is. Otherwise, dismount it and take a few more pictures and look for any other identification markings.

I suspect it's your battery disconnect relay but can't see enough of it and its connections in the photos.

You guys are probably right. Makes sense. I tried to plug it in today and on 110 everything works but when I remove the 110, Back to nothing. I’ll contact Thor tomorrow.

What do you think Thor is going to do?

You never answered the question about the clunk.

You need to figure out WHY that latching relay is not working.

So an update. Problem solved. I realized after the mention of the use store switch that I had been near the front door when I lost power. I must have accidentally hit the switch whichcaused us to lose power. Once I switched it back, I heard the familiar clunk and then had 12 volt power.

Thanks for your help, ACE and PS89!
