27K Engine alternator not charging coach batteries

Update; Two weeks since cleaning the ground and the batteries are all being charged. I also did a little investigating about the Battery Control Center in our mh. It is a RV Custom Products, model TH1020. Thor had told me that could have either a model TH1020 or the model FW2050 which was used in the 2014 and earlier models. Looking for more info, I found the RV Custom Products website to be loaded with info on both models. They have schematics and trouble shooting guides for both models as well as recall information for the coaches with the FW2050 models. Great info on the fuses and their functions. The recall was to correct Thor not wiring the control center correctly.

How can that be possible??

Thanks for the information.

It’s not only possible, it happened more than infrequently. My 2016 was miswired at the factory. I had the BIRD/Trombetta setup and the wire from the BIRD to the house batteries went “somewhere”. I never figured out where.
