3091 WB with 3 floor registers in living room and kitchen. Dealer damaged them by moving the kitchen slide in before we purchased. Factory replaced floor vents and sent three plastic slides with foam strips on back to shield vents allowing slide to go over them without damage. Has anyone else experienced this and have you found a fix?

Interesting, we have a '16 MB (before the Wine Bar) and the kitchen/entertainment slide doesn't cover the floor vents.

This is a 2019 and they offset the registers so the slide comes over all three. Very difficult to keep them in place when bringing slide in then we have to make sure the slide doesn't pull them back out; this happened once and we had a hard time getting it released. Thanks for the reply.

All I can say is "That was a really Dumb move by RW".
It's nice not to have the slide cover the registers if you have to travel in cold weather, you can run the furnace on a low setting.

These plastic surfboard looking pieces are called slide slickers made by Lippert. They have foam tape strip glued to the bottom I guess to keep them from sliding when the kitchen slide goes over the registers; doesn’t work very well and it takes two people to keep them in place while moving slide in or out. Don’t know if they’re all built this way or if ours was a mistake. Looking for help.

Damn... we trading 3821rl for the new 19 3901 wb....I will look this over for sure before we sign for it......thank you ever so much....

any chance of a couple of pics so I can compare them with the one we be trading for

looks like tv stove and refrig slide catches them...
Sorry but it’s back to the dealer for this and a few other small issues so can’t send pics until
we get it back.
It is the kitchen slide that moves over the registers and at least as of now the dealer tells us the factory has no fix other than these slide slickers which cover the vents; I drilled large holes thru them to allow heating when slides are closed.
They could have avoided this by placing them in the center but this is what we have for now. If you come up with a fix I’d sure like to know.

That is a terrible design they should be centered in the island like my rl is so you can heat with the slides closed. Also our does not drop far enough down when retracted to catch on a Register. Perhaps they changed the configuration of the under carriage so they had no room to center them
