Sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered ! I feel its a industy wide problem , the OEM leaves the final checks to the dealer and the dealers this time of year are focused on sales so they don't own 2018 models when 2020 units will be in there lot soo

Also the trailer you have is a Keystone model , crossroads sold to keystone a few years ago.

I believe Redwoods are categorized as a brand of Keystone under the parent THOR. I don't believe any selling happened at all, just reorganization under the same corporate umbrella.

Redwood is still under CrossRoads. What Thor did was combine the Service and Warranty part distribution thru Keystone. Redwoods are still repaired at their facility on Haw Patch in Topeka, down the street from the assembly plant at CrossRoads.
So any Service that's done at the Redwood Service Center must get their parts from the Keystone Warehouse in Goshen. This info was gained directly from Randy the Service Manager for Redwood.

Okay, this was the number for the Service Center at 305 Hawpatch Drive, Topeka: 1-260-593-3850, not sure if it still rings in the service bays. If someone answers you could ask for Randy Mishler and see if they would put you through.
Remember, RW/CR keep changing things so don't know if the phone number is still valid.

The blinds in rear of my 2012 31SL fell of while going down the road. The clips that hold them in place are metal but the attachment point is thin plastic and that broke. Redwood sent me enough replacement clips to do the whole unit. A better fix was zip ties. The real problem was the 7000lb suspension that was on the coach. When I replaced it with MorRide 8000lb independent suspension they found the spring to be almost flat. Blinds and pictures on the wall now stay put.

Welcome to the world of Keystone junk. I seriously feel your pain and know it well! Good luck with the repairs but if I were you I would test all wood trim, door jams, air bag suspension system, all battery connections, exterior caulking. Anything you physically see or move. Might save you a few more trips back to the dealership.

One more thing, I registered a complaint with the BBB about Keystone and gave them a bad review. The BBB called me to follow up. People need to start doing this in my view.

BBB is a hopeless waste of time. Complain, they answer, back to A+. I have a roofer in prison for fraud and his rating is A+.

I had a Keystone Montana 2007 that was one of the best RVs I ever owned out of about 8. Our Redwood was a good 3rd place, but also more sophisticated than the Montana so it gets a little credit for technology vulnerabilities.
