Air Conditioning Help

I’m getting a low reading on my run capacitor for my Thor Synergy 24’ motor home air conditioner. It has the 13,500 btu Penguin II unit. Have not been able to find a replacement for it yet. I did find a replacement that is a 50/5 duel capacitor instead of 55/15 capacitor. My question is will this one be ok as a replacement. Original capacitor is definitely bad. Start capacitor checks out ok.
Fan motor will start but not speed run up to speed, then blow the circuit breaker in the power panel.
Any suggestions??
