Had a Problem with Alpha Ply Roof?
I have a problem with my Alpha Ply roof membrane separating from the underlayment and forming ripples and bubbles. It seems that at least the front 1/3 is loose.
I talked to a person in the RV roof business today, and he said there is a known issue with these roof systems that have been installed on Crossroads trailers in general and specifically the Rushmores. He also says there are "lots of postings" on the CR forum, but I can only find two.
I am trying to gather evidence of the extent of the problem before approaching Crossroads, so if you have had this problem with a Crossroads trailer, please respond.
OP: I believe the Alpha Ply roof membrane is no longer being manufactured, and was only in production for 2 years.
