Hi All -

I'm in the process of updating the Annual Redwood Owners Survey for this year. This is our opportunity to give Redwood Management our thoughts on our satisfaction as Redwood owners regarding the product, dealers and service experiences we've had.

We will again be providing Redwood Management the survey results before the National Rally. Last year it was very well received and I know this year some at Redwood have told me they are looking forward to getting the results.

At this time I'd like to ask if anyone has thoughts on Options or Upgrades they would like to see made to the Redwood product line. Although you may not see anything added immediately, this does give Redwood insight into what we want.

If you have any upgrades you'd like to see made please post them here so I can include them in the survey.

Thanks

Let's start with the Morride suspension system, street side light, vinyl option for bedroom floor, adjustable tv mount(s) for bedroom & exterior tv's.

Mine would have to do with warranty. If there is a known problem, such as front end cap fading in early production years, then it should be covered by anyone owning the coach, not just the original owner. If I buy a used car that has a 'recall', the current owner is covered, not the original. We have a 2012 36RL that we bought in 2012 so we are not covered under any warranty. I will have to pay for the fade myself. Ouch.

I have the same issue of fade on the front and rear caps on our 2012 36RL (built in late 2011). The first 2 1/2 years, the coach was mainly in storage except for a couple of months each year. The past year, we were on the road for 7 months and now the tops of the caps are starting to fade. The 2 year warranty period is past, but, the 5 year warranty is still in effect. I plan to ask Redwood at the rally about this, but, doubt I will get any satisfaction.

First of all we still love our RW and enjoy it very much. We have no serious problems, only some minor ones. Early on one could call RW and get warranty parts sent directly to the owner. I did that on the slide seals that had to be replaced. Many of us are good at do it yourself and prefer to repair minor problems ourselves rather than wait for an appointment time and time spent at a dealer for repair. I know, dealers want in the loop and do deserve a piece of the repair pie but not if one has to wait weeks for an appointment as some do. RW please provide a system for owners to receive parts directly for in(paid by RW) and out of warranty(paid by owner).

I feel exactly the same - Our Redwood is holding together nicely, but I still need parts every once in a while, Warranty or not. They used to be easy to get, but this policy change is making it impossible, and Dealers are up to 4 months out on repair, with 1 month of lot staging, and I understand you simply aren't going to get the parts unless the Dealer installs them in some cases.

These are all great.

Regarding the known issue/recall, there is a whole section on warranty satisfaction with a write in/comments area. I'd definitely address that there.

Regarding the parts issue/dealer wait times, same thought but in the dealer section.

Thanks

Not sure where the form is you are talking about?

The survey is not yet completed. I expect to have it set up and ready to go next week. It is an online survey and once its ready to go I'll post the link here.

Thanks

Redwood Owners 2015 Survey - Open

The Redwood RV Owners annual survey for 2015 is now up and running. I hope we have captured everyones thoughts regarding the wish list items. Having gone through last years wish list items and cleaning them up for this year, it is clear that Redwood does listen to our feedback.

Please take a few minutes and submit your survey at Redwood Owners 2015 Survey

Thanks!

I encourage EVERY member of this forum to complete the survey, Redwood does see the results and they are interested in your opinions!!!

great idea. It takes a month to get in to my dealer, who is 4 1/2 hours away, and then a month until they actually fix anything.

Survey sent. Thanks for taking this on.

I would strongly suggest completing the survey if you haven't done so already. This is a great way to let Redwood know how you feel about your owner experiences including Redwood and your dealer, also to let Redwood know what you like and what you would like to see in future Redwoods.

Several of the new features in the coaches being built today have features suggested in last years survey.
