I have a 2022 Class B Thor Sequence. My control panel has been working fine. I have used it approx. 3 weeks in the past year. The logo on the panel started flashing on and then a blank screen constantly. I am able to control everything on my smart phone app. I did research and tried different things to resolve the issue. I contacted BMPRO Technical Support explained my issue and what I did to try to correct it. They told me the controller needs to be replaced RVMC201B and I could get the replacement panel direct from them. I contacted General RV in Florida and they told me they have sold 4-6 of them in the past 4 weeks. He also told me even though they usually have 3-4 in stock, they and the other General parts in Florida are out of stock and they have been on back-order. I called Camping World in Florida and they informed me none of their stores have them in stock. I contacted General RV in Michigan. They do not have any on hand, but could get on within 7-10 days. I don't know how long these controllers have been in use, but something seems not quite right with so many of these controllers having to be replaced. Is anyone else having the same problem that I am having. Please share your story IF you have the same controller.
Yup- dead battery!
The BMPro logo will flash on and off when that happens- not enough voltage left in the LiPo battery. pdf attached on how to replace- requires soldering skills and/or send to a tablet/iphone repair shop.
Battery also listed, 3.7V, 2500mA.
It helps to have a plastic tool with a fine edge to separate the tablet case to access battery. PM me (via 'conversation') if you need more help.

The new BMPros are not as good, and in between they sent out ones w/o the buttons on the bottom!
You should remove the BMPro for storage, store at 50-60%, (by leaving on until that is reached)
Pull down top edge, and pop out bottom R&L corners- disconnect plug on backside, small claw holding it together.
Then every 3 months, charge using a phone charger with appropriate plug, to 100%, and then leave on again to get back to 50-60%. Same for the lithium batteries under the coach!
HINT:- it helps to discharge faster using a screen that is lit up all the time- like 'settings' then 'battery', and shows SOC and time left. Stays lit until you change it. Otherwise takes overnight to discharge back to 50-60%. Use the 'back' or 'home' button on the bottom of screen if you need. Ok to fool around with discovering what's in that tablet. Just go back if you get lost...

$10+/- for the battery! About 1 hour to replace if never done it before. 20 minutes for experienced solder tech.
If you have the ribbon cable on the PC board, make sure it's in place before reassembly!
