Axis bottom out damage

I have a 2016 Thor Axis 24.1. I have had issues in in the past with difficulty driving up or down sloped driveways and being careful to not bottom out. Recently I drove down my sloped driveway to get the propane tank filled and when I returned I tried to back back up the driveway following a similar path as used to leave. I bottomed out and did some damage to the left rear corner of the RV. There is a corner piece there where the side of the RV joins the rear of the RV that is screwed in place. Can anyone tell me where to order this piece and if anyone has had to make this repair before, I would appreciate some advice? Thanks. Any suggestions on how to avoid this in the future, other than being more careful and using a spotter, which I usually do?

My 24.1 is lifted 4".
Almost any 4x4 can do this for you.
Cost will be $500 to $20,000 depending on what you do.
A simple lift should be $500ish.

Brother-in-law has a sloped drive. He installed these roller-skids on the rear frame... forget what they're called. But those hit the drive and keep the frame from bottoming.

Those a re good idea and I've used them.
But.depending on the slopes they MIGHT raise the rear wheels off the ground leaving you bridging that ditch.

Take a look.
It's the least expensive solution.

Mine went right into the hitch receiver.

I dinged the rear bumper and broke a piece of plastic trim on our 2014 ACE 30.1 (jack knifed a trailer backing into our driveway). I contacted Thor through their Owner Resource Page and sent them a photo of the piece of plastic trim I wanted. They replied to my email with the cost - which I approved - and they mailed it to me. It was a simple repair - some adhesive caulk & one screw.

I'm more careful backing up the trailer now...

Body damage on a slope

Thanks. This problem has gotten me wondering if the Thor Axis can be transported on a truck or auto transport trailer or does it botom out before it can be placed on the trailer? I asked for some quotes to do this and did not get a reply.
