I need advice. The top hinge on the bathroom door on my '18 222rb is loose and the top screw is just about stripped out from re tightening it. My question is, assuming that the screw is screwed into the metal frame of the coach, would it be better to replace the screw with the same length screw but the next larger size or use the same size but longer so as to go through both sides on the framing member . Your help and advice is appreciated

Is it a sheet metal screw or wood screw? A picture would help identify it. The fix would be different depending on what type of screw it is and what it screws into.

If it is wood, fill the hole with toothpicks and glue. If metal, you will have to go to a larger screw.

I would blow loose material out and push in epoxy wood filler(from big box store) let it harden drill and replace same screw. Better then new and repair is under the hinge
