I always forget ,after unhooking my battery from the cables of my sunset trailer,is white +,and black ground?.....tonywiese@sbcglobal.net

110V, white is neutral, black is hot Green is Safety ground... Always
110V, white is neutral, black is hot, and BARE is ground... I have never seen green in any 110V 12-2/gd, it's always bare.
220V, white is neutral, the two hots areblack and red, and green is safety ground. Always.
