Bed Lift Issues

we have a thor aria 39. The bed lift stopped working the first time after less than 20 times. Ordered a new actuator and afte two times stopped again. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Bed lift

Hi, my piston burnt out last year and i purchased a replacement from the manufacturer. I think my problem was the location of the switch. I believe the mattress may contact it during travel. I installed a disconnect switch so there is no power to the unit while traveling. It seams to have fixed my problem. Hope this helps. In my opinion the switch is in a bar spot.
