Okay Folks, I have it on very good authority that Christian, at times doesn’t feel appreciated and feels she may not be doing anything Positive on this Web Site. So I’m starting this Tread as a place to post your Thanks to her, remembering that she has other Corporate Duties besides just reading this forum so she may not be able to get back to you the moment you post a message to her.
So let me start off: Christian, keep up the good work as it’s nice to have a voice into the Corporate Network.
 
I agree..... Keep up what you are doing Christian and watch the forums. Seeing your reply's here or on the other one lets us know RW is watching and listening.
You had RW service calling me within hours of your reply and you put me in contact with who I needed to talk with. All my repairs are finished except one small one that showed up again but we are working on it.

It is good to know that someone from RW is monitoring the forum and taking issues to management. Thank you, Christian.
 
Christian, it is really a plus knowing that someone representing Redwood is on this forum and paying attention to many of our concerns. For a long time, we were out there on our own, trying to resolve recurring issues. Things gave calmed down since your arrival. Thank you, keep up the good work!!:):):):)
 
Christian, from what I hear you've been able to invoke positive outcomes to everything you get involved in, and I think your intervention shows great loyalty by Redwood to it's owners and potential owners!

Christian you are our eyes, ears and voice into Redwood. Your part time role monitoring, responding and taking actions on this forum is crucial a element for all of us owners.
 
Christian has been a real asset to this forum and Redwood owners.
She has chimed in when needed and got owners in touch with the right people.
Christian has helped me several times getting things addressed and issues in front of the right people to get resolution.
We do not say it enough, but Christian your support and involvement in this forum and with owners has been a real asset to Crossroads / Redwood and many owners.

Christian has provided a much needed link between Redwood owners and the company. She voluntarily offered to help us with issues with our Redwood. Although the outcome was not what we were hoping for, she at least was willing to get involved to try to get our concerns addressed. For those who monitor and use this forum, it's readily apparent that she has also tried to help others with problem resolutions. For that I too give her a big Thank You!

I remember the day I was driving up RT 95 and my cell phone rang , It was you checking on an email I had sent earlier in the day! It is comforting to know that RW has put you in that position , from what I have read and heard , WE as customers are much better because of it !

Your representation of RW customer/owner issues back to your management is immensely valuable not only for the customer but also to Redwood the company. I know it is easy to become frustrated in a position like yours due to constantly dealing with the customer complaints. But, as complaints become issues that are resolved by the company listening and taking corrective actions, current and future customers are and will be very, very appreciative.

Keep up your great work and know that we the customers are very thankful that you are there. :Thanx: :flowers:

Both of us would like to say a big THANK YOU!!! for all of your hard work. We met you last year at the rally and you showed us your true compassion. As an owner it is a great feeling to know that there is someone that cares and listens and will go the extra mile to help when needed. I don't know of any other rv manufacture that is doing this or even cares to get involved with their customers. Keep up the great work you do and looking forward to seeing you at the rally this year.

you being on here has shown that Redwood cares. I was loosing all hope for Redwood until you showed up on here. In my opinion, you have improved the company's image.
 
Totally agree. Dave and I had shared our concerns. Christian has been (and continues to be) exactly what Redwood needed to improve their relationship with owners and also to provide a channel to management when there is an issue out of the ordinary.


We look forward to seeing you again at the Rally in August.
