Black sack that covers pipes in slide floor

Does anybody know the name of the black material that is edged with velcro that goes over the cutout to cover the water lines that run under the floor into the slide?

My sack is worn out and I need to order a new one.

Sorry... that last sentence...

Just go to a fabric store and get some heavy nylon material. Use adhesive backed Velcro (or fabric glue... Staples). Cute to size and screw in place like the original.

Bingo! Your worn out sack is good as new!!
