My black tank flush works just fine but when I disconnect the outside hose, water (clear) comes out of the black tank flush connection for a few seconds. Is this normal?

You don't need to winterize this line.
You all can do what you want but for 25 cents worth anti-freeze I am pumping some into the flush line. A broken line will fill your floor pan and you not know until the floor pan covering ruptures. Would water not accumulate between the input hose connection and the check valve in the line to the black tank? Probbably only a foot or so of hose to the valve but seems it would leave water standing in the line.
