Currently dealing with what is likely a black tank flush clog at the sprayer nozzle. Trying to figure out exactly where it’s mounted on the black tank in the hopes that maybe I can just target my toilet wand sprayer at the area and knock off any debris. I have a 242BH, but at this point I’d welcome feedback from any ST owners who have located where the sprayer heads are typically installed on any ST models.

Also, if anyone has experienced something similar and resolved the issue, please let me know how you did. Already tried compressed air and swapped out the check valve. No dice. Not looking to drop the underbelly cover to access the black tank.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

You say that you tried air and that did not help. When using water are you using a pressure regulator? Maybe try without it.

When using the spray does it not fill the tank?

Try this to loosen up any slop.

The nozzle on the san-t-flush on my unit had some type of mesh screen in it that kept plugging. I removed the nozzle and removed the mesh and solved the problem. I loosened the underbelly along the edge to determine the location of the nozzle on the tank. I then cut an access hole in the belly the get at the nozzle. I also removed the vacuum breaker valve and replaced it with an external check valve at the hose connection. I had two vacuum breakers fail and flooded the bathroom.
If it is a San-T-Flush this is a help number to contact them,(541) 389-4668.
