I have a 2022 Thor Tellaro 20L. The BMPro won’t open the awning. It keeps giving me this message: “The motors are unavailable because they are in use by another user.” I’ve rebooted the tablet by unplugging the back, checked for other users registered on it, done a system reset, removed RVMaster from my phone…still gives me that message. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Do you use the Ext and Ret buttons with it set to A1 or use the on screen icons. One way might work whereas the othe might not.

Montana Thor, just found this thread. Did you happen to figure out how to

Montana Thor, our Gemini tv and slide won’t extend. We checked the fuse and all is good. We just purchased used with 14,000 miles and previous owner said the Rv sat for a year before he sold it to us. He brought the tv up one time for pictures and put it back down then couldn’t bring it back up and the slide wouldn’t extend for him at all but he never had a problem with either before. We did get the slide to come out a little then brought it back in then nothing? Were you able to resolve your issue?

No, I have not been able to resolve the issue. There doesn’t seem to be much help or information out there about it. That’s surprising to me because I’m sure other people have same issue.

The safety protocol may be stepping in.
On the Gemini (certain years have differences) Awning requires the engine to be off and in some cases the parking brake is on,
For the stabilizer the same motor off if you stabilize before extending the slide then start the engine an alarm will go off,
For the slide the engine on, min battery voltage of approximately 13.4 VDC, for some years parking brake on

There are online manuals I found helpful from BMPro, and Thor Gemini brand.

If it is, it should not be because the engine is always off, and my parking brake comes on automatically. I have enough voltage to run everything else in the camper and a lot of times I’m actually plugged into shore power.

I often use the phone app to run my motor driven stuff like the awning and slide. Perhaps you could try the phone app. I assume you have verified the BT (blue tooth) connection.

You could send BMPro customer support an email. They have a good response time, something like 24-48 hours.

I also use the phone app and I also use the Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth. BM Pro has been no help. They basically told me I need to find the node in my camper and test it and I have no idea where it is.

If you have the rear bath in your 20L model Tellaro, the RVMaster node is located (probably) behind the drawers below the wardrobe. “Testing” of the node would require knowledge of the circuits and use of a multimeter, etc. Not sure how to advise you on that.

You bought this used? I have a 2022 20L too, but was new when I got it.
Are you plugged into shoreline? Are batteries charged?
I would contact PO and try to get them to help if you can.
No password on my BMPro. Shouldn't matter who is operating BMPro.
There is a 1A fuse to the BMPro as well-
Need R2 (Robertson square drive, #2) driver bit to remove anything in the coach to access. Fuse is located behind wall of the end of the pass. side bed, by sliding door.
Yours might be over the slider too- I have seen variations in the same model year.
Try pulling the 1A fuse and re-insert after 5-10 sec. and see if that helps.
Also check power cable to masternode panel- located inside headrest compartment, pass. side bed. Large red cable on floor, going into lower rear corner- mine had pulled out leaving the masternode w/o power. I had to hand crank the awning. I later reattached the cable- panel had to come out to do it. Not fun.
Mastenode is behind wardrobe drawers- so remove those and make sure wires are attached for awning and large red power cable.
Also find the awning controller (pic below) in that compartment, if you have one ( mine doesn't) and see if wires are secure.
Another possibility is BMPro battery is low on charge, or dead. I had to replace my BMPro battery already.
Look in upper right corner of display to see battery level. (3rd pic)
(update: 2 year old post- I gotta start looking at that first!!)
