Hi everyone. My name is Terri. I’m new to the group. I have a 2018 Thor hurricane 30 foot. I’m having trouble with the water not shutting off from this city connection going right into my freshwater tank and then coming out the front Hole by the front door where you normally put water in. I’m a single solo traveler so this is the first time I’ve experienced this. I did find my water pump under my bench seat, but there is no switch on it to bypass or have it shut off when you’re filling up or when you connect to City water. I’ve also looked into all my bays and looked under the sink and everything. I cannot find a switch, so I’m having to run water directly into the front section in order to fill up the tank to use my water pump when I need to take a shower or otherwise . Any advice feel free to let me know thank you.

You have a leak back through your water pump. remove the city water and use your FW tank and water pump to supply water. It will flush the water pump and probably clear the issue.

Happens to my Hurricane as well. My solution is to always run off the tank and forgo the city water connection. It's one less thing to deal with at set up. When the pump eventually fails the fault will be corrected.
