I know these are obvious suggestions so please bear with me.
Make sure the tv is set to cable and not antenna
Make sure the antenna booster is off (no green light showing)
Try changing the cable from the tv to the other available jack on the wall plate.
If those items are set correctly and you still have no signal try connecting the campground cable directly to a tv to see if it that works.
Make sure to do the channel scan and when all is up and running..... NASCAR is on Fox!
For cable go to setup on the tv and perform install/set up. This will search for the cable station's and configure your home setting. This will take between 10-15 min.
We brought our coach to the campground yesterday and set up to find the cable system had been turned off due to service providers being changed#@$%@#. Ha you should have seen the long faces walking around. However the popup people were happy and didn't even notice. They had a great time. Maybe with all the bells and whistles we forgot about the simple life of camping. NAAHH! Been there did that and we love all the whistles. TOOT TOOT!
To all - thanks for all the help! After reading your sugguestions finally got it working - sort of -the picture is grainy. Sorry for the multiple posts - fat fingers on the Andriod.
The grainy picture could be caused by a weak signal at the campground or a loose cable connection. I found the latter to be true in my case. There were several that needed tightening.
The last campground with cable that I stayed at had analog cable. About half of the stations were grainly with a couple so bad you couldn't watch them. We connected the cable directly to the television and the graininess all but disappeared. That's when I discovered I had some loose cables and one that was pinched and damaged by the entertainment center slide out. I haven't hooked up to cable since fixing them so I don't know if the problem has been fixed.
