Can We Just Turn Off The Picture Auto-Rotate Function?

She's pretty tolerant...I'm proof of that...but...mess with her enough and you'll get slapped cross-eyed!!!

If I use 16:9 settings on my Samsung Note 4 the pictures will rotate 90 or even 180 degrees when I upload the file.
