carpet under the water heater????

So my new coach has linolium throughout. the nly carpet in it is lining the sides of the stair well, and a little on the bulkhead around the bedroom.... none on the floor at all..... well if you don't count the space burried in the bath cabinet under the water heater!

Why?!!?

Do the folks at Thor think what might happen if a drip develops?

Quicker to assemble if they just put a cabinet or wall on top of the carpet than taking the time to cut and fit it.

must be a modular construction thing.... such as the bathroom ws built as a module for a coach with carpet, then plopped onto mine
Because there is no carpet flooring in my coach!.... well except this little area under the water heater!
