Just wanted to pass along a repair on my exhaust. I purchased 2015 Thor Hurrican 34F in March 2023 off craigslist, there was elevated engine noise from dog house but nothing that seemed abnormal. I added additional noise reduction foil May 2024 to the underside of doghouse cover. But in November I was at the storage lot running the motor for charge and noticed smoke coming from below the steps. When I looked under noticed the exhaust had dropped and had the gap (pic). I looked at the cut and found very smooth finish and another cut before the CAT. I suspect someone cut this before I purchased and became exposed this year after 4K miles this summer when the support bracket relaxed and lowered the pipe. Besure to inspect your exhaust on any used RV you purchase, lucky the weld repair was just $140. Noise has greatly reduced, never had an O2 sensor alarm the entire time.

Your are lucky. I had my cat cut off while in a "secured" storage facility. I filed a police report and took it to a local Ford dealership that works on motor homes to have it replaced. My insurance paid the majority of the cost plus I had them install Cat clamp Catalytic Converter Clamp to help prevent another theft.
