We are currently towing a geo tracker with our 2023 Thor Palazzo that has the 300 Cummins engine, we are thinking of towing my 2020 Ford F150 Platinum for more room and comfort. Did not know if any one was towing a bigger vehicle and how the Palazzo handled it being it has the smaller engine than most of the diesel pushers.

Unless your F150 is 4x4 it is probably not towable. Have you checked the Owners Manual?

You can as it has a 5k hitch. Your limitation will be total weight. Load your coach with everything you normally carrie. Fuel, water too. Then go to cat scales. Then add the weight of the F-150. That will be your answer. GCWR

Not sure what your F-150 weighs but we tow a 2023 Chevy Colorado that ,without passengers, weighs 4850 lbs. This is behind an E-450 with the 7.3 gas engine. Our Class C has an 8000 pound rated receiver. You might want to check what the Palazzo has. We probably loose about 0.5 MPG when towing. On flat terrain you will not even notice the truck but do use a supplemental braking system. Going up a hill is where you will notice the extra weight. Once the 7.3 drops to 4th gear it actually accelerates up hills. Don't expect the same from a diesel. I have owned two diesel motorhomes and once you loose speed it is difficult to regain it until you top the hill.

We are getting a four corner weigh next week so I can more accurately know what my tire pressures should be set at, the Palazzo has a 10,000 lb hitch rating but was trying to get of feel if when we head west to the Rockies if it would struggle going up some of the inclines with the extra weight, the difference between the truck and tracker is about 2400 lbs

We tow a 6,000lb 4X4 Lincoln Navigator. I have 29.3ve and we barely feel it back there, (only when stopping). The RV actually stops better with the towed due to the RVi3 Braking system.

I went with a custom Curt hitch that is rated for 10,000 - 12,000 pounds? (I forgot the exact rating) for added safety. It is additionally mounted on my A Frame, and not the welded extension off the main frame.

We have never traveled over the 23,000 lb limit, although with a full tank of freshwater (71 gallons) and full tanks of gas in RV and the towed, I can try to make it interesting.

We have an older Navigator that is NOT towable, when we bought this new one we assumed it was not towable either, then one day crazy me was reading the manual and boy was I surprised.

GVWR -26,000 lbs - 32,000 lbs for your rig depending on length. So F-150 is about 4,600 pounds. Our Aria (360HP) weighs 30,000 pounds and we pull a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We live out west and climb passes every trip. 45-50 mph max.We also have the allison 3000 series transmission which is a big help. Bottom line you need to do the math.

We passed on looking at a Palazzo because the towing capacity was on 4K which would not allow us to tow our Grand Cherokee. The primary limitation is the towing capacity of the Allison transmission.

Same here.

Having a 10k hitch is not the limiting factor. The combined weight limit is. A palazzo can but one has to manage the coach weight to make sure it can handle the pickup.

If I got it right, the OP has the 33.5 and it can tow 10,000lbs with GVWR is 26,000lbs. That F150 will be a piece a cake and no modifications required. Just tow and go.

They lie. The 33.5 GVWR is 26k and the GCWR is 30k. That’s 4K towing capacity. Hitch capacity doesn’t mean crap.

As I said, we looked and walked away because of the limited towing capacity. The limited capacity of the Allison MH2500 transmission with the 300hp Cummins is a factor in the towing capacity. The capacity of the MH3000 in my rig is almost double that of the MH2500.

Most small DPs such as the Forza and Legacy have the same problem.

I agree on your point, but does any RV mfg list the actual tow weight?

I was just giving the OP hope that is actually in reverse of my use case.

i.e. my towing capacity listed 5000, and my gvwr at 18000 with gcwr of 23000. When I learned my true max loaded weight I never exceeded 16800 lbs. But in my case, unlike the OP, my hitch towing capacity was only 5000. I wished it had the 10000 pound rating. So I had to pay to upgrade my hitch to have the extra towing capacity I needed to be able to maximize the GCWR of 23000lbs.

With that said and as stated above to OP, the OP needs to get the actual loaded weight to see if he has the extra 1000 lbs he needs. 26000 gvwr is a lot. Should be some cushion, but maybe not?

We can all speculate and give opinions but until OP loads it and runs it over a CAT scale it's all a moot point.
IMHO, based on the comments of what a couple members posted here about walking away from coaches with the Allison Transmission, I would be hesitant to tow at close to the max GCWR for fear of overheating the trans on long grades.
Add $1.50 to that opinion and you can get a cup of Joe at Micky D's

I toad a 2017 Lariat behind my 2014 Palazzo. Put the truck in neutral mode (see manual). I have added a braking system to the truck for safety. The Truck doesn’t register mileage when it’s being towed. I don’t even know it’s back there.
