Class A tire pressure question.

My 2020 ACE Thor, 27.2 Goodyear tires: 245/70R19.5 are rated at 110 PSI, the Thor Motor Coach Federal Weight Label states to fill tires to 82 PSI Cold. My weight on each tire figures out to 2800#. The Goodyear Load/Inflation scale does not list 2800# rating. Any recommendations for proper inflation?? MasterChiefSponsler

If you weighed the coach and the weights are below the yellow sticker suggestions you would have no problem sticking with those pressures. But, by the chart on their website, the lowest pressure Goodyear recommends for that size tire is 80 psi.

Mine is close to yours. 16k GVWR? I run 90 in front. 85 in rear duals. Will handle 20% more than my GVWR. Rides good ( after all my other mods).

What's wrong with the 82 PSI number? That's what I shoot for on my tires on the 16K chassis. The 27.2 may be on the 18K chassis.

Nothing wrong with it. 90 and 85 just seems to be the sweet number for us.

It is most always safe to follow what is required for your coach. Unless you are loaded it very heavy with stuff. A lot more than the average person. Then you will need to take it to a public scale and weigh all four corners. To try and equalize the weight distribution.
