After your initial post I contacted my Crossroads localdealer regarding this issue. It didn't take long to get a call back from Crossroads RV customer service (Mark)who had in turn been notified of my comments and questions from my dealer. Mark left a voice mail message indicating he would call me back on Thursday morning to discuss my concerns about this issue. In your original post you indicated that Camping World had suggested the Lippert 6-point leveling system had been improperly installed based on their investigation. In your most recent post you indicated that both companies (Lippert & CR) are evaluating their existing inventory to make surewhat happened to youdoesn'thappen again."If" Camping World was correct in their evaluation CR would appear tohave been responsible for the mishap. However, if asyou stated "both" companies are checking existing inventory that wouldsuggest perhaps Lippert mismanufactured their product in your specific case and maybe others.Based onyour comment, that would make sense whynow both companies are evaluating their existing stock to see "if additional mismanufactured 6-point leveling systems are on the shelf somewhere,or on other Crossroads or other mfg'sRV's". When Mark calls me back tomorrow morning I will be anxious to get his take on this situation as to whether this wastruly a Crossroads problem or a Lippert problem, or a combination of both of them.
