Hi all,
I’m new to this, 2 days ago everything was working fine. Today “device offline” has appeared on the mastervolt screen and i cannot use the inverter. I checked it out and there does’nt seem to be any power going to it. Absolutely no lights are on, anyone faces this issue?

Year/Make/Model RV?
Status of house batteries (voltage? Charged/Discharged?)?
Status of battery disconnect/USE/STORE switch?
What has happened in the last two days? Traveling? RV just sitting? Plugged in oe not?

So many unknowns.

But, Welcome to the Forum!

Make model floor plan and year pls.

Once my CM failed to run, so I just toggled the 'On- Charge Only" switch and was fine again. Probably overloaded at one point- There is also a reset fuse above that switch. Both are on the tail end of the CM.

Check all connections for tightness- remove end cover (two philips screws on bottom edge, facing rear) Thor is known for loose electrical. Battery and 120V connections under the cover. Be careful and do not have plugged into shoreline when you work on it.

Thank you

Hello,

2022 Thor tranquility . I did toggle the switch as you suggested and that actually did help it come back on. There are some caution signs “overload” . Not sure why those are there as it was not plugged in. Everything seems to be ok, if not I’ll be back.
Thank you once again for the help.

I discovered that by accident one time- not sure what caused it either- My 12V A/C is direct wired to batteries, so not that. Could have been anything.

A/C and Microwave are always "on", even if not running when Combi is inverting. But should not overload- check wire connections everywhere.

So far so good. All outlets work and the AC as well. The shore power charged the batter but those caution notices are still there. Would a reset of the panel change that?
Again I’m a newbie to this and learning each day.
Thank you for all the help

Good news- see if there is an inline fuse for the MV display- pull, wait, and reinsert. Otherwise- battery disconnect. I added one to my B- cable so I could shut systems down and for battery storage when I remove them.
You could also try holding buttons on MV display (1&3 to get to menu), and see if you can erase the code.

Or call MV and ask... good luck! Let us know what works!
