Does anyone know if the converter/charger has settings for different battery types. I'm replacing the deep cycle wets for lithium ion.

Might be a problem. Changing to AGMs is no problem, but Lithiums require a different rate. I would contact the MFR of you Converter and ask them the question, also the battery MFR for their input on charge rates.
I Jan we bought a new Golf Cart and the built-in charger is good for Flooded or AGMs, but if we wanted the Lithium option it would require a new charger.

I researched this same question a while back and, as I recall, the Progressive Dynamics Converter in my 2015 would sufficiently, not optimally, charge the lithium batteries. The advice given to call your converter manufacturer is sound advice. The converter I have is listed below:

Model # - PD4590CSV (90-Amp Converter Module, with built-in Charge Wizard)

the progressive dynamics 9200 series is what i replaced mine with 70amp and they work with lithium batteries

Andypar - I know this might be a bit late, but my 2020 3401 I think has progressive dynamics 4575 power center. The instructions show a small switch “LA” or “LI” for lead acid or lithium under the cover towards the bottom right. My switch isn’t labelled like that - I think it is only labelled “charge rate switch”, but I think it’s the same.

You should also check your inverter , The magnum energy inverter in our 2015 RL38 has setting for battery charging (AGM, Flooded). Its unlikely it will have the correct voltage output curve for Li battery's but its worth looking into. I don't use the 90A converter , we only run the Magnum inverter to charge and monitor the battery. I have it set to slow charge ,24A max and I can see the rate of charge on the remote panel. The battery manufacture is who you need to ask if there is a compatable charger , some have built in charge hardware that change the charge rate and voltage .

I suspect OP refrigerator inverter is same as my 2020. It is a Xantrex 1200W (806-1212) located on the ceiling above the generator enclosure (battery area) and is an inverter only.
