We have a 2006 Crossroads Cruiser 29RK and we think our converter is bad. Can you tell me what the converter looks like or show me a picture so we can see about finding it and changing it out. Thanks

I moved your post to its own thread.

If you have a WFCO power center the converter is located in 1 of 2 spots.

The most common is in the bottom of the power center-- Where the fuses/breakers are-- behind the front panel. To access that area you open the door and there will be 4 screws -- 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom. The bottom ones you need to raise the door slightly to access them. After you remove the screws and door the converter lives in the bottom.

If it is a WFCO brand you go there website and you can download a manual that has testing procedure's.

Now if the bottom is empty then you have a deck mount converter that is located elsewhere. This is the exception rather than the rule.

What is going on that makes you suspect the converter?
