Our Tellaro 20L has a coolant leak. We've read prior threads . We've had it in 2 garages. They said it was not a serpentine belt issue, tightened the clamps, & ran pressure tests with no leak. Each time after we've gotten home the leak continues. Any new thoughts would be appreciated.

Not enough information.
We don't know if you have a radiator leak or if you don't understand A/C condensation.

A thorough
Who what where how when
Scenario is needed.

They(multiple professionals) SAW it twice, touched it twice, mamipulated it twice...and we have Just;
"...we've gotten home the leak continues".

Give us the quality and completeness we'll need.

Have you seen the Thor "recall" about the coolant hose modification with the UHG?

How about this thread?

My 20L had a drip leak at the bottom of the coolant hose, down by the UHG- so Just added a 2nd clamp at the top, and no more leak. Original clamp was just not in the right place.
You should see if you can get a pic of the leak and post for us to see where it is.
My leak showed evidence all the way to the top clamp!

Well few things I know.

I am scared to ever get a Tellaro, just like I will never buy a Wingard, or never see the value in a auto retract for awning. Well I will make an exception, if I move to Vermont; I can get me a new Tellaro... I just think Mark would get tired of me coming by every day :ROFLMAO:

I am profoundly confused by one post folk who are still leaking or do not care enough about others to post the cure.
I think your post in #2 nailed it. If I believe everything the fly by poster said in first email, this is what I conclude.

#1. There was NO Coolant leak. Two Repair Garages confirmed as they did a pressure test on the system
#2 . It was confirmed that it was not a serpentine belt issue, nor need to tightened the clamps.

Therefore what did the OP see or think was the leak? The OP did NOT say when or what days the leaks were seen, but given the OP posted to the thread on 4/6, then I assume it must have been some time in May when the leaks were 1st seen and OP starting garage hopping looking for the Coolant leak as the OP may have requested versus taking to the show and asking what is this leak?

Anyway this time of the year is still pretty cool in Billings, so I did a little research, a few days in May the temps got into the 80s (as high as 88) so the AC usage may have been required, but prolly not something that is used a lot in Billings, Montana. OP may have seen the condensate and got worried.

OP figured it and did not bother to come pack to tell us what happened. Oh well, this leak is water off the Duck's back now. :fishing:

If you are still there- my 20L has some "normal" loss somewhere in the system- no visible leaks on the UHG hose, but sometimes have to add just a little AF to the bottle. no idea where it gets lost.
One owner had to have their head gaskets replaced- another possibility. Have a Ram dealer check that out- was found using a borescope inside the head via sparkplug hole. Ram covered the repair as it was well within the Ram warranty period.
Owner was unaware that the engine was a V6 and has two heads, hence two gaskets- had both done by my suggestion. All better now.
White smoke out of tailpipe is an indicator- or odor from tailpipe not related to petrol combustion odor... AF getting into combustion chamber.
RV dealer is NOT the one to go to!!!

TMC would be wise to hire you as a Product Manager for Tellaro, or some type of freelance Consultant thereof.
