Between Crossroads, Redwood and Thor? And anyone else in the lineage? I never know how to refer to my rig when doing the official business like registration and insurance. Paperwork says Crossroads Redwood, county assessment didn't have Redwood as a Crossroads model, and state registration had RW model but none of the correct model numbers. Once I eliminated Crossroads from the mfg, they pulled up the correct model numbers.

I think that Redwood shares some of the same upper management with Crossroads and they share the service facility as a cost savings, but as far as I know a Redwood is considered manufactured by Redwood.
Early on they were labeled as Redwood by Thor, then there was a period of Crossroads Redwood, and as I said I think now it's just Redwood.
Confusing, just a little......

It's even more complicated...

Thor is the big cheese, they have many divisions which are in effect different companies but ultimately the bucks make their way back to Thor.

Then there is Keystone, the new guy in our world but when thor restructured earlier this year they made Keystone the next link in the food chain.

Then Crossroads who was the parent company of Redwood until the last shakeup.

Finally Redwood

Redwood's GM, Nate Nickell reports to Ryan Juday who is the Crossroads President, Ryan reports directly to Bob Martin @ Thor I believe.

Redwood has their warranty work done at the Crossroads Service Center, some processes and systems are Crossroads, some are Keystones.
