Dometic DMC 4081 not cooling

My 2023 Axis 24.1 has the Dometic DMC4081 8 cut refrigerator. We are preparing to leave Michigan and go south. However the fridge compressor is not running and is not cooling. It's about 20 degrees outside, so that in itself would impact the operation of the fridge. However I have had the furnace on and it has been 53 degrees inside all day. Still no cooling even though the fridge has been on for several hours. I have thermometers in the freezer and fridge and they are showing that it is slowing getting warmer inside the compartments. When I turned on the fridge eight hours ago the freezer/fridge temps were 28 and 30 and the inside temp in the Axis was 55. Now the fridge temps are 32 and 47.
Does this sound like a compressor issue or does the outside/inside temperature have something to do with it?
Any thoughts?

Does it work on propane and not on ground electric power? I had a similar problem last week and it turned out to be the heating element. There is also a fuse box underneath a snap off box in the outside access to the refrigerator, I had a blown fuse also.

This is a 12v only fridge. It seems to be working fine now. It just took a long time to "warm up" after sitting turned off in the Michigan cold. At least that is my theory at this point.
