2 issues on my 2017 Windsport 34J.

1. Several drawers no longer close all the way on one side or the other and ergo don't lock well. Anyone know how to adjust these?

2. I have a large drawer under the dinette that won't stay closed when it has items in it.

The latch on the drawer looks like this, anyone found anything that works better?

Try moving the cabinet side (the part on the left in your picture with the rotating catch) of the mechanism a tad closer to the latch hook on the door/drawer. It may not be engaging enough to catch the pressure point. Move it a fraction at a time till it starts to catch.

Let me clarify this a little. It latches. It just is too weak when the drawer is filled with 30 or so cans of soda.

:)

Oh, it's just a misapplication. Take some cans out or install a barrel bolt on the outside. I don't think it was designed to hold back that kind of weight. That many cans might pull the fridge out of the mounting.

Look on Amazon or Home Depot for magnetic latches. They have them in varying strengths, similar installation. The stock latch you show is no more than 10lbs. Just watch you dont pick one so strong that the drawer comes apart pulling that much weight! Lol.

I'm going to try a 10lb one and if that doesn't work add a second.

I actually have two on this drawer because anytime someone sat on the dinette it popped out. Works really well now.

The easiest solution is to get the stronger latch. For the drawers that do not close all of the way, the latch picture on the left is the "pull" in portion of the mechanism. Check to be sure it is sticking out like in the picture when the drawer is open. Sometimes it is in the pull in position without the catch which you just have to pull it back out for the drawer to close fully. You have to use a small flat head screw driver or similar tool to get inside and pull it back out in the "open" position.
