E 450 Front Springs

[Repair Adventure]

I want to soften the front ride and lower the front ride height on My 2017 Thor 23 ft class C by replacing the front springs. I'm thinking 2 inch lower ride height and 20% lower spring rate.

I'm drawing a blank on where to find spring options along with spring specifications.
If anybody can give Me some leads, I'd appreciate it.

That seems really really odd to me.
Did you call the right number?
What DID they say when you called?
