Was checking Howard RV Center in Wilmington, NC website for phone number for Parts Department when I noticed they host a FREE RV Seminar last Saturday each month. Signed up for it 'cause I figured to learn something and it would be an easy platform for GF to get educated on RVs.
Lasted about 4 hours and yesterday's seminar covered Roof Inspection, Generator Test/Run, 12V Battery Inspection, AC Power Inspection, and Tire Inspection plus they have full-timer talk on her experiences on the road and in the CGs in a Class B.
My GF really enjoyed the session and picked up a lot of tips. July will be a different set of subjects and GF is enthused about it. Before we got home yesterday afternoon she asked if we could sign up for the Julyt seminar.
I came away with a better understanding of batteries and picked up parts catalog as well brought home some great handouts.
