Electrical issue

2016 Thor Tuscany 40gq. We are the second owners, bought it a year ago. Previous owners had a 2 panel solar system installed. Not sure who did the work.

We’ve used the RV a dozen times both boondocks with generator and parks with 50 amp service with no problems.

This week we’re in Roseburg Oregon and it seems we’re having electrical issues. Plugged into 50 amp park power (with surge protector), and the lights dim, the electric fireplace and TV power off and Starlink disconnects. A few min later everything comes on. I unplug from the park and start the generator and the same cycle happens. Things power off and then a few min later they come back on. I noticed that the inverter goes to Fault then back to green during the cycle. Trying to determine where to start looking as i feel it’s an rv electrical issue and not park power. (Since it happens on generator power as well).

I should add, it worked perfectly for the first 10 days of our trip. It’s been cold and rainy off and on. This is the second straight day or cold and rainy/snowy weather we’ve had.

Automatic Transfer Switch wiring connections is where I would start although that wouldn't cause an inverter fault or the lights to dim as those come off the DC/Battery side.

Second addin…the panel said “Low Voltage” so i start the RV and everything works as it should. Could the house batteries be an issue?

I went back and looked at your first picture showing the battery voltage at 12.3 VDC with the generator running. It appears you have an Inverter/Charger but it is not charging in that picture. Your inverter/charger may have an issue. The status of your house batteries will soon be an issue.

Sounds like the rig has been running off the inverter and the batteries have not been getting charged from the converter.

THANK YOU everyone. Turns out it was the little fuse on the inverter had popped. Not sure why or when but everything is working as it should now. I appreciate this group for the fast responses. You’re all awesome.
And Thank you for getting back when a solution was found, this helps those reading this post also
