Working with a Thor 2017 Quantum WS31 Class C,
So I pulled the house batteries and installed a Lithium battery. This did not work out as I had hoped so I pulled the Lithium and reinstalled to the two lead acid batteries. I believed that everything was back as it was. Now I do not have power to the house control panel unless I am plugged into shore power or the engine is running and I cannot start the generator unless the engine is running. The generator shuts off if I turn off the engine.
The USE/STORE does not seem to be working as I do not hear the "Click" back at the converter. The inverter works as normal when turned on powering the refrigerator and a couple of outlets as normal.
I have went through all of the breakers and fuses that I can find.
I have included a few photos for reference. Hopefully it's something simple and I am just missing it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated it.

Not an expert but in the battery picture I see 1 cable on left coming in connected to what I believe is positive then going as parallel to positive then leaving the picture but I’m not seeing large cable connecting ground. Trace the 2 cables coming in and leaving to see if one is grounded to chassis. Judging by cable length the left cable on the other end is probably connected to frame. Hope I’m wrong

There is a another large cable not shown in picture that connect to the frame to negative post

Looks like +s are on the right and -s are on the left.
I see an inverter cable going to the -s but not a chassis ground.

Thank you so much!
I got home and checked under the battery box and sure as sh#t there was another battery cable pinched underneath one of the batteries. Problem solved! I should have taken a pic before disconnecting everything.
