I would like a picture of our coach next to my name when posting but cannot figure exactly how to do it. Instructions appreciated. Thank you!

On the top left menu click on "User CP" then in the left hand column click on "Edit Avatar".

My question is how do I rotate the pic 90deg
That depends on how the pic was taken and what the metadata says.

Modern phones & DSLR's will store metadata info in the pic about the camera's orientation when the photo was taken. This is why it can get confusing when attempting to rotate an image within a paint program as many just store the metadata and write it back out with the image when the file is saved.

I usually use a tool to strip out jpeg metadata and then rotate the image as appropriate (one free tool I've used with success in Windows is the Fast Stone image viewer: FastStone Image Viewer, Screen Capture, Photo Resizer ... -- not affiliated with them, just a user. On the Tools menu there is a "remove jpeg metadata" item).

I know this sounds overly complicated other than simply just "use X and rotate by 90 degrees"....modern problems.

I rarely ever use a regular computer, I prefer my iPad. Does anyone know how to post pictures using the iPad? Several times I have been asked to post pictures but can't seem to get them to work. Help would be GREATLY appreciated!

It takes a little practice and patience but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. I've posted some with my iPad. Will try to explain how:
Below the message area hit the "go advanced" button and it will open to a "manage attachments" area. When you press that, press "choose file" from "upload from your computer". From there you can choose the picture/s you want to post and upload it. Then touch the area on the message you want it to appear. Then, be sure to press preview post. It should show up in the preview post. You then press "submit" and it should be there.

May take a couple of tries. Think it took me a dozen or so.

Picture test. Still not working, every time it says upload failed. Trying to do this on my iPad.

Still no luck adding pictures even after resizing. I was able to upload an avatar, but no pictures. No sure if it's an iPad incompatiblity or me!
