It’s been a while since I have been in here, I’m looking to reduce generator noise while Boondocking I purchased Honda EU2200i and the companion EU2200i running parallel everything on the inverter/generator side appears to be running properly however when I plug the power cable to the 30A receptacle on the coach I get a message on the inside console with red light “Fault Shore Power” what am I doing wrong for the power to come on in the coach. Thank you

Follow up question since I’m running the Honda parallel should I need the neutral device in both generators thank you

I don't think so since they are in parallel. It's all 120 VAC so bonding the neutral to ground in one generator should do it for the other parallel generator aw well.

If you in a hurry and know how to work a screwdriver you can make one yourself tonight for about $4. Of course you have 2 new Honda Generators and parallel cable so money not a factor for you

I had same problem. I made the ground plug as it was very simple to do.

Even if you buy one, nice video to watch... only 4 minutes.

Note: Click the link that will take you to youtube direct to watch.., Enjoy
