2015 Thor Ace 29.2. Where do I find the emergency egress window model label? I believe these are Hehr windows through Lippert. There are 2 of these on the coach, bedroom driver's side and behind sofa on passenger side. My bedroom glass got shattered and I need to order a replacement. Any help is appreciated.

Go to Thor Owners Resource, use your RV's VIN to set up an account. One of the documents available there is a Supplier List (listing the source of everything Thor put into your rig). Usually you are better off contacting the manufacturer of the things that Thor buys directly.

That said, I have contacted Thor's Customer Service to buy repair/replacement parts I couldn't find elsewhere. They were good about replying to my email and I was able to get what I needed in a timely manner.

Good luck!

Here is where I'm at. Contacted Lippert via phone and spoke to sales rep. She sent me this:

Thank you for contacting Duncan by Lippert. The dot number on the glass of the window will determine the information we need to identify what window you have. Please provide the information below.

KINRO WINDOWS Dot 307, 399, 620, 1054, 1065, 1154 HEHR WINDOWS DOT 269, 322, 383, 399
Hehr windows are obsolete. We can see what we have that comes close to the size that you are needing in a Kinro window option, but you will have to modify the opening a little to make the window fit because the corner radius is slightly smaller than our Hehr windows.
TRIM RING PART NUMBER. If you are standing inside of the motorhome facing the window, then you will see screws all around the window. Unscrew all of the screws and then the trim ring piece will come off and there will be a part number on the other side.
SPEC SHEET FILLED OUT ENTIRELY.
PICTURE OF THE WINDOW FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT.

Thank you,

My other passenger egress window on the passenger side is identical. My DOT is 620, therefor I have Kinro windows. When I removed the valance, I saw the window label and did not have to remove the trim ring.

Stay tuned...

Received outrageous quote from Lippert. I did buy a replacement tempered smoke glass the size I need and used Alien tape to mount the extrusions. That failed in the Tucson heat, window did not shatter! On the original windows, there is a black tape of some sort around the perimeter that the extrusions are bonded to. Does anyone know what this tape is or where to obtain some? I've ordered some Sikaflex from Amazon but before I apply it directly to the glass, was wondering if I need the apply that tape first. Any help is appreciated.
