Hello all I have a 2018 ZR288RR (Toy Hauler)

Just came back from a great weekend out. IN the driveway I noticed a leak. It was near the fresh water drain valve but it was not the valve it was higher. I drained the tank. I usually keep some water in there while traveling----just in case someone has to go! So today I crawled under and cut away some of the coro to see the entire drain stem. It was all intact. So stayed under there and had my son fill the tank. ....nothing. as soon as it spurted to let us know it was full, within a minute I had a pour of water from around the coro I had cut. The drain stem and valve are not leaking. I did not have the pump on so no water went into the plumbing system. So my question(s) are. How do I get to the tank? to inspect the rest of the connections. There is no access from the topside. What else on this tank could be leaking besides everything. My guess is I will have to remove the entire coro system as it appears to be one giant piece.

all thought and suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance

ok I cut some inspection flaps in the coro ( probably shouldn't have) The business end of the fresh water tank has no leak. I followed it all the way to the other end of the tank where there are no connections that I can see. I am guessing that somehow a hole or seam is leaking. How the heck does one pull a tank out to replace or fix it?

Hello just wanted you to know I deleted your duplicate thread.

To pull out the tank you will have to drop the coroplast to access it. Then there should be some form attachment. Some have straps that go under the tank and some Tanks have a lip/edge that sets on the trailer frame and you unbolt that part of the frame to drop it. You will need to disconnect the fill, vent and possibly the drain.

Good luck.

It's possible you are over filling the tank and it's coming out the vent/overflow.

The tank didn't start to leak until I got home from a trip. had about 2/3 tank full. I am preparing to remove the coro and jump in head first.

I agree with Lloyd. There is a possibility that the hose that connects the overflow to the fill spout has come free and allowing it to leak when overfilled or when the water slushes around while driving.

houstad, might you have an update for us? Where was the leak from. How did you fix it? Praying you had an easy job.

Stan
