Does anyone have a front door latch to keep the door open in the wind ?? Was thinking of installing one like the one that keeps the "toolbox" open
Oh no, the door is very stiff, but when trying to load and unload, with a strong wind, it will knock you off the stepsYour doors swing easily?
Our door does not swing freely enough for even today's strong winds to move !
We thought that was the design so they didn't have to put in a catch![]()
Our door moves freely, very little resistance. I lube it with silicon as I do most hinges on the coach.
The only stop we have is the one that comes with the coach...tell me more about the magnetic stop/catch??? Our closet door doesn't have a mag catch, just the plastic thing?
X2 - I've used the CRC lube on mine and it will swing one way or the other just bY autoleveling.
Boy if they got rid of that POS plastic catch on the closet - I'm all ears!
Dan that would be super - West Marine maybe?
Looking at the Sea-Dog site (http://www.sea-dog.com/groups/2128-stud-catch), I don't see the part # you referenced? Can you tell us the one your used?
Dan,
Thats the same link I posted. There are three different sizes in each finish...which size did you use?
