Going from 2 AGM to 1 12V 300Ah LiFePO4 Battery

Thanks All!View attachment 1320861View attachment 1320862
Update batteries came today at 1pm.
The bim reversed was interesting.
I think I understand why reversed.
The wire harness that contains the chassis & coach battery wires is really secured but the chassis battery wire is 1 inch short to reach BAT A on the bim 160. The chassis battery fits fine on li bim 225 chassis labeled connection. However the coach is short by 2 inches to reach the li bim coach connection.

I ran to autozone and bought a battery wire & screws. Connected to coach harness wire and then to li bim 225.

Multimeter showed 12.8 on li bim 225 chassis & 0 on coach.

Tried to drop lithium 300 in and off width wise by about 1/8 inch. I bent the metal on the step down a little and dropped battery in on an angle. It was hanging at the bottom off the holding metal plate. Moved it front to back and dropped perfectly in the holding plate.

Hooked up battery wires.

Battery showed 73% delivered.

Tested li bim 225. Chassis 12.7 coach 13.1.

Turned on use store. Booted bmpro.
Bmpro shows coach 13.1 & chassis 12.7

Lights work. Solar blinking fine.
After 2 hours reading on actual coach shows 82% vs delivered 73%.

Left as is to see what solar does.

Will plug in 30 amp test tomorrow.
This is great, and well done. Somebody got to work today.

My questions, do you have a picture of how you connected the auto zone cable that was too short? Did you replace the entire cable or connect it to existing one? If it was the latter, I just wish to ensure you have that positive connection sealed.

It is normal to not ship a lithium battery fully charged, because they do not store them will full charges.

You are going to see a dramatic difference from the AGMs. Incredible to about 270 ah that you can actually use. Solar will become a 2nd thought for you soon. it is ok toy, but until we are talking ACs it is really not needed unless you have bad batteries. If the later buy a new battery not more panels.

Also they only give you 10 days to contact for warranty and get 10 years!

Great advice. Used auto cable with flat end with hole connected to coach with autozone screw bolt. Wrapped in electrical tape. The other flat end put on li bim 225 coach side. It is 10 inches so wrapped and zip tied to other wires.

Here is black autozone cable looped down on coach wire with tape. I folded (very flexible) & zip tied. Tested with multimeter

What does L8 mean on the battery?

Test 4
Plugged in 30 amp for 2 hours
Bmpro & battery
BMPro is not communicating well- shows 13.2V= 70% SOC, and battery shows 94%.
Also I see the BMPro is not 'lit up' so not sure it's up to date yet- takes a few minutes for it to wake up when you tap the screen.
Good thing the battery has that display- i trust that more.
I may have missed it, but did you move the batteries up inside the 20A?
Nice looking battery!
